Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS, SEM-AMOS, and Sobel calculator. The result shows that transformational leadership, good government governance, ASN motivation, and South Aceh District Government Performance are good; Transformational leadership affects ASN motivation in the South Aceh District; Good government governance affects ASN motivation in South Aceh District; Transformational leadership affects South Aceh District Government Performance; Good government governance does not South Aceh District Government Performance; ASN motivation affects South Aceh District Government Performance; ASN motivation does not mediate the transformational leadership effect on government performance, and; ASN motivation does not mediate the good government governance effect on government performance. 摘要
