The strength characteristics of road mixtures and structure of binder mineral components after mixture hydration processes were investigated. Optimal road constructive compositions were determined which have maximal effective properties. Technology of subgrade building using nepheline slime, gypsum-anhydrite waste products and dust from gas treatment systems was proposed and tested in practice.
