Results: Samples taken as many as 50 samples (25 pre-test samples and 25 posttest samples) in 5 different days showed a significant difference in the number of bacterial colonies (p<0.05). 摘要

目的:本研究的目的是确定塑料包装在牙科单位工作台上使用对细菌菌落数量的影响。材料与方法:本研究采用2个牙椅单元对口腔颌面外科拔牙患者进行取样,其中一个牙椅单元的工作台使用保鲜膜,另一个未使用保鲜膜。然后在USU数学与自然科学学院微生物实验室对细菌菌落数量进行了检测。结果:5天内采集的样品多达50个(前测样品25个,后测样品25个),菌落数量差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:这项研究表明,与没有使用保鲜膜的办公桌相比,使用保鲜膜的牙科单位办公桌上的细菌菌落数量显著减少。
