Patients seek medical advice usually for solitary mass in parotid or facial location. They are generally slow-growing, low malignant potential tumors and they usually have long survival periods. Surgical excision is adequate for treatment. Our case is follicular variant of acinic cell carcinoma which is the rarest histological form of this tumor. It is very important to consider normal salivary gland and most other tumors in the differential diagnosis.
