The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between quality of the reading strategy and academic achievement of the students. The subjects of this research were 104 students of EED UMK comprising of all semesters taken randomly. The instrument used was closed-ended questionnaire. The result of this research reveals that there is no relationship between quality of the reading strategy and academic achievement, meaning that the quality of reading strategy does not influence the academic achievement of the students. 摘要

穆里亚库德斯大学英语教育系教师培训与教育学院的学生作为英语学习者和语言使用者的双重角色,使他们成为自主、有效、高效和战略性的读者。本研究的目的是探讨阅读策略的质量与学生学业成绩之间的关系。本研究的对象为104名ed UMK的学生,包括随机抽取的所有学期。使用的工具为封闭式问卷。本研究的结果表明,阅读策略的质量与学业成绩之间不存在关系,即阅读策略的质量对学生的学业成绩没有影响。提出了对该机构和进一步研究的启示和建议。
