摘要

在海藻酸盐印模材料中加入不同比例的LZB-GC纳米银抗菌剂。考察了抗菌海藻酸盐压印材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率,并采用标准方法对其凝固时间、抗压强度、抗压应变、变形恢复性和流动性等物理性能进行了表征。结果表明,随着LZB-GC含量从0.125%增加到0.5%,抑菌率增加(P;0.05)。综上所述,LZB-GC抗菌剂在海藻酸盐压印材料中的最佳添加比例为0.5%,可满足临床应用要求。
