摘要

. 随着COVID-19病例的增加和意外的封锁,技术接受,特别是基于互联网的网上购物成为当今商业世界的一个重要问题。由于信息技术的普及和巨大的潜力,因此本研究利用统一理论,利用技术模型和电子服务质量来识别网上购物采用的前因变量,观察这两个变量对购买者采用网上购物意愿的影响。数据是从使用快速消费品(FMCG)行业产品的客户中收集的。数据收集期为一个月,从2021年4月开始。数据分析主要采用验证性因子分析和Lisrel 8.80结构方程建模两种方法。本研究的结果显示,整合的UTAUT模型是非常显著的,并影响买家采用网上购物的意愿,以满足其日常需求。
