The algorithms of preliminary selection of land plots for placement of an object in a given area before and after introduction of a neuronetwork are presented and analyzed. \nThe initial algorithm is of a fundamental nature and is aimed at the preliminary selection of a land plot (LP) for the location of the object in a given area, taking into account possible limitations (natural, technogenic, functional, etc.).
