However, when distilled water was used as the vehicle for intracanal medicaments, the viability of SCAPs in mono-culture was higher than that in co-culture. In use of DAP/CHX, the viability of SCAP in co-culture was higher than that in mono-culture (P=0.000). 目的:探讨不同药物对牙间充质干细胞共培养的细胞毒性作用。材料与方法:从人牙齿中分离得到牙周韧带干细胞(PDLSCs)和根尖乳头干细胞(SCAPs)。细胞传代,分别进行单培养和共培养。然后将细胞暴露于不同浓度的氢氧化钙/氯己定、氢氧化钙/蒸馏水、双抗生素膏/氯己定和双抗生素膏/蒸馏水中。评估细胞毒性和细胞活力,采用独立t检验、方差分析和Tukey检验(α =0.05)分析数据。结果:不同浓度药物作用后,共培养的PDLSCs的存活率均高于单培养。然而,当蒸馏水作为载药剂时,单培养的SCAPs活力高于共培养。在使用DAP/CHX时,共培养的SCAP活力高于单培养(P=0.000)。SCAP暴露于DAP/CHX时,差异不显著(P < 0.05)。结论:一般情况下,共培养的PDLSCs的存活率高于单培养,蒸馏水比CHX更适合用于管内给药。
