The parameters measure lactic acid bacteria, pH, coliform of intestinal, calcium (Ca) retention, bone Ca mass, bone length and weight of femur and femur, carcass weight. Data were processed by analysis of variance at 5% level (p<0.05) to determine the effect of treatment and Duncan's test at 5% level (p<0.05) to determine differences between treatments. The results showed that the use source of microparticle protein and dahlia tuber powder had a significant effect (p<0.05) on lactic acid bacteria, pH, coliform of intestinal, Ca retention, bone Ca mass, tibia bone length and weight and carcass weight. But the treatment had no effect (p>0.05) on the length and weight of the femur. 摘要

. 本研究的目的是研究在饲料中添加大丽花块茎粉对肉仔鸡骨生长的影响。试验鸡选用200只15日龄CP 707无性肉鸡,平均体重493.56±7.10 g。处理采用大丽花块茎粉和微颗粒蛋白源(鱼粉和豆粕)。采用完全随机设计(CRD), 5个处理,4个重复,每个重复10只。处理措施为T0(蛋白质粗料21%)、T1(蛋白质粗料18%)、T2(微颗粒蛋白质源添加蛋白质粗料18%)、T3(非微颗粒蛋白质源添加蛋白质粗料18%+大丽花块茎粉1.2%)、T4(微颗粒蛋白质源添加蛋白质粗料18%+大丽花块茎粉1.2%)。测定乳酸菌、pH、肠道大肠菌群、钙潴留、骨钙量、股骨和股骨的骨长和骨重、胴体重。股骨长度和重量在5%水平上进行方差分析(p0.05)。综上所述,18%群体饲喂后,pH值和大肠菌群均下降,钙潴留量、骨钙质量、胫骨长度和重量以及胴体重均增加,但股骨长度和重量不变。
