摘要
PT. Indofood是印尼最大的食品制造公司之一。本文讨论了印度PT. Indofood公司利用ERP系统来提高其供应链管理绩效和运营绩效。本研究中使用的方法是定性的，其中数据来自有效的来源和参考文献，并已被研究过。本研究的结果是PT. Indofood使用的ERP系统可以提高运营绩效以及现有供应链管理的绩效。关键词:ERP系统，食品，印度食品，供应链管理
