The influence of deposition times for CdS QDs on photovoltaic performance of ZnO/CdS photoanodes has been studied. The optimized photovoltaic performance was obtained from the device of the ZnO/CdS(10) electrode, with a VOC of 0.52 V, a JSC of 5.07 mA cm−2, a FF of 18.36, and an η of 0.48%.
