摘要

研究了协同驯化和培养条件,培养基中添加环己醇和环己酮的量固定为0.6mL·L−1(培养基)。通过协同驯化培养获得了一株以环己烷为唯一碳源和能量源的菌株SYSHHJ1。然后研究了培养次数、环己烷质量浓度、pH、盐浓度和温度等生长条件对菌株SYSHHJ1的影响,并设计了正交实验,得到菌株的可选培养条件为:培养时间84 ~ 108 h,环己烷质量浓度为480mg·L−1,pH为6,盐浓度为10g·L−1,温度为30℃。利用高效液相色谱法对代谢产物进行分析,证实菌株SYSHHJ1可以利用环己烷。
