电化学加工是电火花加工与数控机床技术相结合的加工技术。采用电解工艺生成法铸造叶轮叶片和轮毂表面。减小流阻是提高叶轮精度的有效方法。阴极刀具的形状为锥柄球。根据实验数据确定了工艺参数。五轴数控电火花加工机床用于完成涡轮叶片和轮毂的表面加工。加工表面粗糙度达到设计要求。
