In order to reduce the deformation of aluminum alloy car body parts in the process of processing, the types and causes of deformation of car body parts are described from the aspects of profile deformation, welding deformation, deflection deformation and deformation caused by processing conditions. On this basis, the technological measures to control the processing deformation are put forward, including error compensation, improvement of clamping mode, trial cutting method and reasonable design of cutting parameters. Combined with the production practice, this paper studies the application of the deformation control method.
