摘要

在非bp患者中,抗pd1 /PD-L1治疗期间产生多种自身抗体也有报道。例如,在一例由派姆单抗引起的类似扁平地衣的皮疹中,检测到抗桥粒蛋白1、2和桥粒蛋白1、3的抗体[6]。同样,在一例尼伏单抗诱导的地衣样皮炎患者中检测到抗bp180抗体[3]。此外,一名BP患者在纳武单抗治疗期间产生了BP180和desmoglein 3的自身抗体[7]。然而,在本例患者中所见的针对BP180不同表位的自身抗体的产生从未被证实。众所周知,pd -1缺陷小鼠会产生自身免疫,pd -1缺陷被认为会干扰生发中心B细胞的选择,最终导致自身反应性B细胞和T细胞的扩增以及自身抗体的产生[8]。虽然一个单独的案例不足以得出明确的结论,但我们的案例为这一假设提供了进一步的支持。
