Rare Case of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Midline Dorsum of Tongue: Diagnostic and Management Dilemma.
Squamous cell carcinoma is the most common carcinoma of the tongue. However, the majority of carcinoma originates in the lateral border of the tongue and midline dorsum only represents about 2-5% of tongue cancer patients.
