在知识经济时代,人才是最宝贵的资源。提高组织效率,增强组织活力的重要方面包括:如何合理有效地管理人员,如何选择人才。对人力资本进行管理,首先要有评估的方法和标准,然后才能对人力资本进行评估。本文旨在通过对现有人力资本评价方法的介绍,结合人力资本的特殊性,研究模糊综合评价在物流企业人力资本评价中的应用。
