Tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) was also extracted from TKP by boiling distilled water. The chemical structure of TKP, TSP and CMTSP were analyzed by the ATRFTIR. 摘要以罗望子仁粉(TKP)与一氯乙酸为原料,采用改进的方法合成了生物聚合物羧甲基罗望子仁多糖(CMTSP)。在氢氧化钠的存在下,在最佳的时间、温度、TKP、MA、氢氧化钠浓度条件下进行了合成。用沸水蒸馏水提取罗望子多糖(TSP)。利用ATRFTIR分析了TKP、TSP和CMTSP的化学结构。当对TKP、TSP和CMTSP的物理力学性能进行比较时,CMTSP表现更好,因为它增加了粘度、水溶性和拉伸性能。
