摘要

在萃取中,物质的混合物被解离,通过用一种或另一种溶剂溶解每一组分,产生两相——萃液相(富含饲料溶剂)和萃取相(富含溶质)[1]。当相对挥发度为1时,不能用蒸馏法分离混合物中的组分,当相对挥发度大于1时,采用萃取法分离组分。当蒸馏法成本过高时,可采用萃取法。图1给出了提取过程的基本框图。
