摘要

先前对定制组件事务的研究断言,从制造商的角度来看,可以通过创建协作关系来降低定制成本。然而,关于供应商视角的研究却很少。本文通过对日本供应商的调查发现:(a)当来自客户和客户的建议都更多时,供应商绩效有所提高;(b)当只有来自客户的建议时,供应商绩效有所下降。也就是说,在(b)中的自上而下关系下,供应商绩效下降,而在(a)中的双向关系下,供应商绩效提高。
