The title complex was crystallized in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 12.4693(8)A, b = 8.9986(8)A, c = 21.6986(18)A, β = 99.480(2)°, V = 2401.5(3)A3, Z = 4. The central Cd(II) atoms are six-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms, giving approximately octahedral environments.
