摘要

环境可持续性的压力以及严格的跨国和本地环境法律、法规和目标的引入,促使了绿色信息技术的出现。就个人而言,环保资讯科技可透过对环境负责的行为,在购买、使用和弃置产品和服务时,不破坏环境而达致。本研究旨在调查年轻消费者的绿色IT行为,包括他们的日常绿色IT实践、移动和计算机设备的购买行为以及流媒体服务的订阅行为。研究结果表明:1)对绿色信息技术实践(具体知识)的理解对绿色信息技术行为有正向影响;2)消费者的绿色信息技术行为对绿色信息技术行为有正向影响;3)沟通策略对绿色信息技术行为有正向影响。研究结果还显示,年轻消费者的购买和订阅决策更受外观、规格、功能、内容和价格等因素的影响,而不是绿色IT因素。
