摘要

本研究的目的是比较重度抑郁症患者、双相情感障碍I型、双相情感障碍II型和健康个体的心理理论和错误信念。方法以Ostad Moharari医院住院的90例患者为样本,其中重度抑郁症患者30例,双相情感障碍I型患者30例,双相情感障碍II型患者30例,健康个体30例,与性别、婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度、社会地位相同的实验组相匹配作为对照组。在本研究中,我们使用了“Reading the Mind In the Eyes”,并使用方差分析(MANOVA)对数据进行分析。结果方差分析结果显示,两组患者在心理理论和错误信念方面存在显著差异,两组患者与对照组之间存在显著差异,但两组患者之间无显著差异。结论心理理论缺陷和错误信念可视为一种社会认知偏差。因此,心理理论和错误信念训练可以作为治疗这一群体。
