摘要

本文主要研究欧共体在南波西米亚地区的跨界合作与区域政策问题以及理论问题的实施。本文的主要目的是比较2004-2006年方案拟订期(捷克共和国加入欧洲共同体之后)和2007-2013年方案拟订期的跨界合作及其对南波希米亚地区区域发展的影响。本文还从项目数量和财政分配的角度提供了已实现的跨境项目的类型。结果表明，跨界合作日益重要，对南方的社会和经济发展产生了非常积极的影响
