The estimation of direct precipitation is always efficient, but not possible for most of the situation in the desired time. The use of geomatics, i.e., remote sensing and GIS technology, can be useful in overcoming the problem in traditional estimation methods. Attention was given to derive land use classes from satellite data of 2017 and hydrological soil group.
