摘要

本研究以癫痫为研究对象,利用网络数据库资源对相关基因进行查询和梳理,利用基因参与的生物学途径,成功构建了局部基因网络。代谢模块的耦合证明癫痫与营养代谢模块之间存在复杂的联系。在一定程度上反映了营养代谢对癫痫的重要影响,也为通过饮食预防和治疗癫痫以及开发新的治疗药物提供了依据。
