摘要

本文提出了5电平有源中性点箝位变换器(5L-ANPC)拓扑结构中半导体和电容电流的封闭解析模型。该模型支持器件选择、性能预测和拓扑设计优化。基于拓扑的开关状态,导出了开关电流和FC电流的模型。通过分析该拓扑中三相支路的相互作用,推导了输入电容电流的模型。利用传统的拓扑时域切换仿真对模型进行了验证。
