摘要

从木薯叶中分离的叶绿素与金属前体(CoCl2.6H2O或FeCl3)在甲醇中回流4小时,制备了叶绿素金属配合物(M = Co2+, Fe3+)。产物的FTIR光谱显示,由于镁离子被钴(II)或铁(FE)取代,叶绿素结构的化学键发生了变化,特别是在N - h、N=C、C=C和C=O基团的吸收峰上。随着吸收强度的增加,两种配合物的紫外-可见光谱主要表现为次色移,这表明氯环由于金属络合而产生了电子效应。
