Vêtements compressifs, interfaces, orthèses diverses ont des indications précises en fonction du type de cicatrice, de sa localisation et de son stade évolutif. Cette prise en charge nécessite le plus souvent une équipe spécialisée. Le protocole est long et souvent astreignant et l’adhésion du patient à celui-ci est incontournable.</p></div><div><p>Compressive therapy (or pressotherapy) associated with other therapeutics is among the international recommendations for the management of hypertrophic pathological scars. Compression garments, interfaces, various orthotics have specific indications depending on the type of scar, its location and its stage of evolution. This support usually requires a specialized team.
