摘要

膝关节软骨下不全性骨折的历史与预先存在的自发性骨坏死(SONK)诊断密切相关。以往认为,老年骨质疏松患者磁共振成像上的软骨下线状或月状病变是已经发生的自发性骨坏死的结果,但后来发现一小部分股骨头骨坏死患者最初为failure骨折,后并发继发性骨坏死。诊断软骨下不全骨折的主要方法是x线摄影和磁共振成像。磁共振成像显示膝关节软骨下不全性骨折信息含量高。
