摘要

多年来,人们一直在积极研究次氯酸盐对活细胞中各种生物分子的作用。然而,核酸的结构组织对其与次氯酸盐相互作用的影响仍未得到充分研究。在这项工作中,我们利用紫外和红外光谱分析了核酸结构对与次氯酸盐反应的影响,并以三种最常见和生物意义重大的核酸(NA)为例:b型双链DNA、单链RNA和核苷酸磷酸盐。研究发现,次氯酸盐与内环氮原子反应初始阶段的速率取决于NA结构中碱基对的存在与否。同时,NC的聚合物结构显著加速和提高了后续阶段的反应效率,这些反应涉及到外环氮原子的氯化和氮基环结构的破坏。
