In this study, the measurement kit was used to measure, also Manual methods used to estimate Glutathione, Malondialdehyde, and Paraoxonase. The results showed a P≤0.05 increase in the tumor-induced rats of Malondialdehyde, Alkaline phosphatase, Total bilirubin, Aspartate transaminase, Alanine-transaminase, and Alpha-fetoprotein compared to the control group, while there was a significant decrease in rats which treated with TAA of Total protein, Glutathione, and Paraoxonase compared to the control group. 摘要

This research included a study of some biochemical variables of Wister male rats with Induced liver cancer and a study of the effect of extracts of three parts of Annona muricata, including seeds, core, and leaves. The animals were divided into eight groups each group had six rats I: Control group, II treated with Thioacetamide TAA, III treated with Core extract, IV treated with Seed extract, V treated with Leave extract, VI treated with TAA with core extract, VII treated with TAA and Seed extract and, VIII TAA with leave extract.
