A good progress was recorded for: running speed (10x5m shuttle run), strength endurance (bent arm hang), cardio-respiratory endurance (20m endurance shuttle run), lower limb explosive strength (standing long jump). 摘要

本研究的目的是通过使用Eurofit测试电池来确定学生的身体健康水平。研究对象为芬兰“Stefan cel Mare”大学体育与运动学院的学生。应用于受试者的测试来自EUROFIT测试电池。可以观察到,并不是所有的健身成分都以同样的方式得到了改善。平衡测试(火烈鸟平衡测试)、静态肌肉力量测试(握力测试)、动态肌肉力量测试(仰卧起坐)、速度部分(敲板)的效果最好,其中进步超过7%。跑步速度(10 × 5米穿梭跑)、力量耐力(屈臂悬挂)、心肺耐力(20米耐力穿梭跑)、下肢爆发力(立定跳远)均有较好的进步。为了吸引年轻人进行有规律的体育活动,需要找到有吸引力的运动或活动,并激励他们发展身体健康。
