摘要

随着中国核电站投运数量的不断增加,产生的乏燃料也越来越多。乏燃料在离开乏燃料池到乏燃料的最终处置之前,需要经过多种多样的运输和储存形式。建立高效的乏燃料调度体系,各环节的高效调度和统筹协调对乏燃料安全管理至关重要。本文研究了乏燃料高效调度系统的内涵。基于主要核电国家建立乏燃料高效调度制度的启示,分析了中国核电厂建立乏燃料高效调度制度的必要性和现状,并提出了相关措施和建议。
