Since the damage caused by cold weather has increased every year due to climate change in recent 4 years, the damage that was limited to a specific area is now appearing all over the country, and a lot of efforts are being concentrated from experts in various fields to minimize this. However, it is not easy to study real-time observation of sudden abnormal low temperature in existing studies to reflect local characteristics in discontinuously measured data. In this study, based on the weather-related data that affects the occurrence of cold-weather damage, we developed an algorithm pattern that can identify the time when abnormal cold temperatures occurred after searching for weather patterns at the time of cold-weather damage. 摘要

自2018年以来,由于气候变化,热浪和寒潮对社会基础设施造成了逐渐的破坏。近4年来,由于气候变化,寒冷天气造成的损失每年都在增加,因此,原本局限于特定地区的损失正在全国各地出现,各领域专家正在集中精力减少这种损失。然而,现有的研究很难对突发异常低温的实时观测进行研究,以反映不连续测量数据中的局部特征。在本研究中,基于影响冷害发生的天气相关数据,我们开发了一种算法模式,通过搜索冷害发生时的天气模式,可以识别出异常低温发生的时间。本研究的结果有望对相关领域有很大的帮助,因为可以通过实时生成的数据来确定异常低温发生的时间,而不依赖于过去的数据。
