The obtained oil yields were in the range of 8.3% w/w (Gamay) to 10.4% w/w (Pinot Noir) for the international varieties and 5.0% w/w for the domestic variety. The mathematical model ?Sovova? was applied to define transport parameters regulating the oil mass transfer inside the seed particles and determine the agreement between experimental and model curves. 摘要

研究了超临界二氧化碳萃取法提取5个红葡萄品种的葡萄籽油。除了本土品种普罗库帕克(Prokupac)作为国内品种,梅洛(Merlot)和赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)作为塞尔维亚共和国最具代表性的国际葡萄品种,黑皮诺(Pinot Noir)和加梅(Gamay)也被研究了。提取条件为:温度50?C, 250 bar压力,0.3 kg/h CO2流速。结果表明,相互相似的国际葡萄品种的提取动力学与国内品种有显著差异。国际品种的产油率为8.3% w/w (Gamay) ~ 10.4% w/w(黑皮诺),国内品种为5.0% w/w。数学模型?,Sovova?定义了调节种子颗粒内油质传递的输运参数,并确定了实验曲线与模型曲线的一致性。结果的解释考虑了不同等级种子形态(外表面和内层)的差异,这是通过扫描电镜分析研究的。
