摘要

风险评估是对风险资源的概率和安全性进行综合度量。本文首先将风险评估理论应用于变压器维修策略,综合测度了变压器各种故障模式的概率和严重程度,得到了常见变压器故障模式的风险维修策略,在此基础上,采用5×5风险矩阵和4种风险范围来表示变压器各种故障模式的风险,得到了相应的风险维修策略;最后通过实例分析验证了风险评估框架和风险维护策略的正确性。本文采用Visual Basic语言和Access数据库来设计变压器风险管理信息系统。
