The work had an initial stage of diagnosis, where different problems were identified as unsatisfied demand, machine stops, return and loss of water barrel. For the solution of these, two solution alternatives were proposed, which were evaluated with realistic constraints and the most appropriate were selected, in order to determine which tools best suited the current context of the company. The implemented tools were Materials Requirement Plan, Preventive Maintenance and Kardex and the results were compared with appropriate engineering standards to determine their impact.
