This research used a qualitative method. In this study, three interviews were conducted with one manager construction projects. The results show a significant and positive relationship between liquidity regulation and monetary policy in construction projects. The implications of this research provide knowledge to top management of construction projects in order to take advantage of the increased liquidity which lead to lower interest rates. Impact of Liquidity Regulation on Monetary Policy in Construction Projects
