Switching Operation of PN-Junction-Type Silicon Photonics Optical Switch Driven by Label-Controlled FPGA
We have verified the switching operation of 1 0Gbps OOK NRZ optical signals using pn-junction-type silicon photonics optical switch driven by label-controlled FPGA. Transient delay of a few ns with two-bit labels were achieved.
