The specimens were sectioned with an average thickness of 1.56 mm at the cervical, middle, and apical root thirds and subjected to the push-out test. After the test, the fractured specimens were analyzed under a stereomicroscope to determine the fracture pattern. 摘要

目的:探讨光敏剂种类及光动力治疗次数对玻璃纤维胶结桩根管内位移阻力的影响。方法:50只牛切牙根据光敏剂的种类和PDT的次数随机分为5个实验组:不加PDT的CG组(对照组);GF1M一次亚甲基蓝PDT;GF2M两次亚甲基蓝PDT;GF1T一次甲苯胺蓝PDT疗程;GF2T两次甲苯胺蓝PDT疗程。在根管中使用RelyX U200®胶结Exacto®玻璃纤维桩,并在蒸馏水中保存15天。在颈根、中根和根尖三分之一处进行平均厚度为1.56 mm的切片,并进行推出试验。试验结束后,在体视显微镜下对断裂试样进行分析,确定断裂模式。所得资料采用单因素方差分析(α=0.05)。结果:各处理与分析根三分之数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用的光敏剂类型和PDT次数对骨水泥根内玻璃纤维桩的抗位移性没有影响。
