The main results also show that the sintering phenomenon is strongly dependent on the operating conditions, in particular, the temperature, the pressure, and the H2/CO molar ratio, as well as the reaction by-products such as water. 摘要

本文采用数值模拟的方法研究了低温费托合成过程中钴基催化剂的烧结失活。为此,建立了一个数学模型。得到的模拟结果使我们能够突出和提高对钴基费托催化剂烧结失活现象的理解。主要结果还表明,烧结现象强烈依赖于操作条件,特别是温度、压力、H2/CO摩尔比以及反应副产物如水。因此,所得结果可用于进一步了解可能与活性位点浓度和反应速率变化有关的烧结机理。
