Layered media include isotropic and anisotropic materials in which transmission and reflection of optical waves are confined by detail structural properties [1]. Thus, the optical tools related structure-sensitive magnetic properties, i.e. magneto-photonics, become useful for interface or surface analysis in the ranges of transparency of the contacting media. Magnetic anisotropy investigation is essential for the growth of magnetic thin films.
