IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN SISTEM PELEPASAN INFORMASI MEDIS KEPADA PIHAK KETIGA DI RSUD X MADURA

[English Title: Implementation Of The Policy On The Release of Patient Medical Information to Third Parties at RSUD X MADURA] The release of medical information to third parties is the responsibility of health facilities to protect health information contained there in from damage, loss, falsification of data and illegal access. Therefore health facilities must have policies governing the system of releasing patient medical information to third parties. This study aims to analyze the policy of the system of release of medical information to third parties in RSUD X. This study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, through in-depth interview techniques and observations. Informants in this study 12 people, namely the head of the hospital, medical services manager, head of medical records and DPJP. The results of this study show that RSUD X already has a policy related to the system of releasing medical information to third parties but in the field release activities are not yet in accordance with the policy. This is because communication such as socialization from the leadership is still lacking so that policy actor still do not know about the policy. The leadership has also never conducted monitoring and evaluation related to the release activity so the leaders hip is not aware of any other factors that cause the policy not to work
