摘要

目的:观察超声引导下经皮穿刺无水酒精治疗肾囊肿118例的疗效。方法:经肾抽吸包膜液，再向管腔内注射纯乙醇。结果:无水酒精治疗173例囊肿118例，治愈率87.28%，显有效率96.53%，有效率99.42%。结论:该方法有效、安全、准确、简便、经济。
