This study helps in presenting a technique for the torque measurement that consists of two different shafts mounted on tapes of zebra and sensors that are optical on the rigid support. It is an adaptable design that is simple to install, thereby making it accurate for the use of advanced engineering applications. These measurements could be achieved by the enhancements of cross-correlation and rising edge detection techniques. It helps to enhance the performance of the systems under both variable and static conditions by increasing the torque inducer. Uncertainty measurement could be achieved with the help of GUM ISO. An analysis of Type A in the data provided in the experiments helps in providing a torque full-scaling of 0.30% and 0.90% in the approaches of cross-correlation, respectively. 摘要
