This method reduces the average request’ processing time. The algorithm of the adaptive complex system of filtering unwanted content on the Internet is considered. The mathematical models of determining the total time of processing the input request and calculating the average delay time are considered. The software \"Proxy Blocker\" that is based on the algorithms that is described in this paper are considered. This software has a better quality of content filtering, and by optimizing the filtration process, it reduces the processing time for user requests.
