The purpose of these studies is to propose possible normative values of LTE common parameters for providing quality of service level at which receiving of MPEG video signals is done without picture impairments. To implement this field study was carried out based on real LTE network and video streaming service with different video resolutions and parameters. As result of study, LTE video service performance was estimated, possible ways of increasing its characteristics were proposed. 摘要

本文分析了在LTE网络上以流方式传输的MPEG视频信号的接收条件的影响,并包含了作者在该方向的研究成果。这些研究的目的是提出可能的LTE通用参数的规范性值,以提供服务质量水平,使MPEG视频信号在没有图像损伤的情况下接收。为了实现这一目标,在实际LTE网络和视频流业务的基础上进行了不同视频分辨率和参数的实地研究。根据研究结果,对LTE视频业务性能进行了评估,并提出了提高LTE视频业务性能的可能途径。所获得的结果可用于基于LTE的视频传输的技术维护和服务实现,以及旨在提高此类服务效率的进一步研究。
