摘要

随着对常规使用的现有合成杀虫剂的抗药性增加,病媒管理变得极具挑战性。因此,新合成的二苯甲酮结合吲哚类似物受到了越来越多的关注。本研究采用世界卫生组织(WHO)标准程序,对合成二苯甲酮类吲哚对迈索尔市丝虫病媒介致倦库蚊幼虫的杀灭效果进行了评价。在所合成的化合物中,化合物7a、7b和7j的LC50值分别为9.17、3.93和1.63 ppm, LC90值分别为24.17、8.85和6.17 ppm。综上所述,化合物7a、7b和7j可作为有效的合成杀虫剂的候选物,以防止蚊媒的死灰复燃。
